Is this a standard course?
No. It is a facilitated program built around the company’s real processes. It includes skills transfer, but its objective is to select and validate a concrete use case.
Do we need to have an AI platform already?
No. During discovery we can evaluate technical options, data requirements and constraints before selecting a tool.
What happens after the pilot?
You receive a documented recommendation: implement, iterate, change the solution or stop. A pilot that disproves an assumption can prevent a larger, misplaced investment.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on process complexity, the number of stakeholders, required integrations and the delivery format. We send a proposal after the initial discussion.
