1. How to select and control an AI model Models, limitations, hallucinations, privacy, sensitive data and selecting the right tool for the task.
2. Prompt, context and the workflow loop Objectives, instructions, examples, constraints, output formats and iteration against clear criteria.
3. Research, sources and response evaluation AI-assisted research, claim verification, success criteria, simple rubrics and variant comparison.
4. Documents, data and repetitive work Synthesis, extraction, tables, spreadsheets, meeting notes and turning information into useful deliverables.
5. Role-specific workflows Scenarios for communication, content, HR, sales, support, management and operations.
6. Assistants and multi-step workflows Persistent instructions, knowledge, limitations, human handoff and estimating cost and maintenance effort.
7. Safety, the AI Act and final project Prompt injection, rights and privacy, responsibilities, documenting limitations and presenting an applied workflow.

No. The program starts from concrete professional tasks. Technical participants receive enough guidance to connect these practices with their own workflows.

Which tools do we use?

We use models and tools available at the time of the cohort. The concepts are transferable and the curriculum does not depend on a single vendor.

Does the course provide AI Act certification?

No. It covers responsible use, risks and responsibilities relevant to AI literacy, but it is not legal advice or compliance certification.

When does the cohort start?

The date and schedule are confirmed when the cohort is formed. Submitting the form does not generate payment or automatically reserve a place.
