40 hours, from process to an integrated project
QA fundamentals and manual testing
The QA role, SDLC and STLC, strategy, test plans, test cases, test-design techniques, the defect lifecycle and bug reporting.
API testing
HTTP methods and status codes, requests and responses, authentication, Postman, collections, validation and scenario organization.
UI automation with Playwright
Essential TypeScript, locators, assertions, waits, fixtures, the Page Object Model and testing-project structure.
Framework and team practices
Test data, configuration, reporting, debugging, reuse, maintenance and integration into a shared testing workflow.
Performance testing with K6
Load scenarios, metrics, thresholds, result interpretation and risk communication.
Git and AI-assisted testing
Version control, collaboration and the use of AI for test ideas, controlled generation, refactoring and review.
Integrated final project
A project combining manual, API, UI and performance testing, together with reporting and a presentation of the decisions made.

Is this the same course as the public program?
The core technical curriculum is the same. For companies, we can tailor examples, exercises and the sequence of selected workshops to participants’ processes and current level.
Can one or two people from a company participate?
Yes. The program is priced per participant, and the available format is agreed based on schedule and level.
Is automation experience required?
No. The program first builds the QA process and manual-testing foundation, then introduces APIs, Playwright and K6.
Can the program be delivered in English?
Yes. Sessions and learning materials can be delivered in Romanian or English.
